At the moment it looks through all skipping criterias until it find one
that matches and then skips the song, if no criteria matches it will
play the song.
It's not that it can't be implemented in the future, I'm just saying
that it isn't possible at the moment without Multi Library.
If you only want to skip a few specific songs, you can always configure
Custom Skip to skip each of these songs individually.
