I also posted about it a few pages back or so. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any activity that usually precedes a crash (that post has a log attached). But rather notably, it usually crashes when no music is being played anywhere (one Squeezebox Radio is connected, but in standby). When I want to actually play something and it's stuck at "connecting...". This resolves itself once I RDP into the server and click away the crash dialog, as the daemon is then restarted properly. One idea I recently had: I often stop playback by tapping "next track" or "previous track" and the power button immediately after. I do this usually because I'm near the end of a track and want to start with the next one when I turn back on, or because I want to hear the song again that I just heard. Can anyone else with crashes confirm that as likely? I only mention it because I noticed at least once after playback was just fine and I stopped like that, that when I went back to my PC where the RDP connection was open I saw a crash dialog, but obviously it was fine a second ago. Then again, I've also seen it suddenly crash while working on something completely unrelated on the machine, and nobody was using anything LMS related. I'll try to explicitly test for possible conditions though... ------------------------------------------------------------------------ TheCreat's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=63020 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
