I can't. Apple doesn't let one submit App updates to the App Store anymore that don't use the iOS 7 SDK and the old iPeng (obviously) doesn't do that.
Get used to it, the days of green felt and weird gradients are over, both Apple and Google are moving in the same direction WRT design. You probably won't get a lot of App updates for iOS 6 anymore, for any App. I understand some of the sentiment, iOS 7 is a big change and needs some re-learning plus not all they've done has worked out well but overall it's a step in the right direction.
