I have configured the MAI plugin with a directory to put pictures in of Artists not found at the automatic search. It works fine, but if the name of the artist contains a Umlaut, this file is not recognized by the plugin. My LMS 7.9 runs under Windows 8.1.
I guess this is not new to 7.9 or Windows 8.1 but has always been an issue with the plugin on Windows?
Are you pre-caching the images? If not: would they show up if you did? And do the filenames look correct on the filesystem when browsing using Explorer?
