Works fine on my linux machine, but I didn't think IO::Socket::SSL was
included in the windows distribution (perhaps it was a long time ago
when I checked...).  There's a bunch of conditional code there to check
it is loaded when you first try to connect to a https url.  I'll check
in more detail...
