I checked the build logs, and IO::Socket::SSL is listed as one of the
linked modules:
+++ C:\Perl\lib\IO\Socket\SSL.pm
S::N::Async::HTTP should log a message when loading HTTPS fails. Do you
see this message? If so, could you please change the message to include $@?
