Here is the picture. This picture is located in my artistpic folder. If
I delete it and execute clear and rescan the scanning will succeed and
picture is downloaded and placed to artistpic folder. If I then execute
clear and rescann again, scanning will fail. I have copies this picture
also to my album folder (the one which have flac files), but it seems
that MAI ignore it.

Oh.... URL isn't always a remote resource, but can be a local file path.
If it's using above exact file name, then yes, I might understand where
it's failing.
If you renamed the file to "Antonin Dvorak.jpg" (without any accents
etc.), would the plugin not find it?
