The changes (Audio Factory) going on behind the scenes in the BBC are a bit of a mystery, but I'm impressed by the rapidity with which on demand programmes now become available after broadcast - minutes whereas before it was hours. I gather this is a result of the BBC transferring its hosting to Amazon Media Services. I'm also pleased that the xml listings used by BBCiPlayer now seem to be routinely complete and up to date.
