A mapping between the id and the filename defining the library is stored
in the LMS database, if the LMS database is totally cleared, for example
by removing library.db or if library.db gets corrupt, it would result in
that new identities could be generated for the library. The same thing
would also happen if you save a library definition with a new filename.
I should probably store this mapping somewhere else than in library.db
file to ensure it doesn't get deleted in a future version.
