use soft volume for that, in sq2u (there is no way to control output
volume on receiver, at least not in AirTunes

(AirTunes=RAOP V1, audio only
AirPlay=RAOP V2, Audio, video, pictures)

Correction: I see there *IS* a volume command, purpose of which is to
have immediate effect on the receiver side (as to avoid delay cause by
buffering on playing device - but all this is handled by libshairport
anyway)

Thats a shame. Maybe let user disable it if CPU is not powerfull enough
