1. Install *libav-tools* instead of ffmpg

2. On LMS install *PlayHLS* plugin. You need this repository:
http://bpaplugins.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/repo-playhls.xml
3. In
-/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/PlayHLS/custom-convert.conf-
change all three *[ffmpeg]* to *[avconv]*
4. Restart LMS
