Well it works for me. The Logitech app allows streaming to multiple devices but quite often would produce search results which were not playable in your region. Using Triode's app to choose tracks eliminates the unplayable tracks but allows multiple streams when combined with the Logitech app. The official Spotify PC app does not allow multiple streams as you say.
