I'm sure others with more expertise will reply, but in the meantime: Can you double check the location of the files you have downloaded, etc?
(The mp3 option is probably greyed out on your screen-shot because you don't have Lame installed, otherwise that looks OK to me.) This is an outline of what is needed and what works on my Windows 7 64 bit system: - Install Triode's BBC iPlayer LMS plugin, and leave its settings at the default: "Live Stream Preference" set to "AAC > FlashAAC > FlashMP3 > WMA" "Allow Transcoding" set to "Enable" (Triode's plugin isn't strictly necessary to play the HLS streams but is sure makes life much easier) - Download the STATIC build of ffmpeg from the source you used and copy "ffmpeg.exe" over to the right folder, which on my Windows 7 64 bit is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\server\bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\ The folder should also contain faad.exe, flac.exe. sox.exe so on a 32 bit system you can search for those to find the right folder. - Install bpa's plugin, which you have done. - Download bonze's replacement menu for Triode's BBC iPlayer plugin from: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?53229-Announce-BBCiPlayer-Plugin-%28UK-only%29&p=807276#post807276 As you are outside the UK, download the "menu_nonuk.zip" Unzip the file to get the "menu.opml" file Find where the existing menu.opml file is, on my W7 64 bit it is in: C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\BBCiPlayer\ Rename the existing "menu.opml" to "menu.oplm.orig" in case you want to revert to it. Copy the replacement "menu.opml" over. Restart LMS You can also reboot, but this shouldn't be necessary.
