It looks like user is using RTMP. For UK users what does this URL show, http://open.live.bbc.co.uk/mediaselector/5/select/version/2.0/vpid/b055jvk0/mediaset/pc The problem sounds like the usual BBC XML feed problem which has happened for years. In the past sometimes a WMA or RTMP version of a program would not appear in the XML feed but would be available off the WebUI and Extras uses a version of these feeds not XML.
