That version doesn't have libfaad.dll. You can get from here: http://www.rarewares.org/files/aac/libfaad2-2.7.zip. This is the version I used and it works (no need to rename it). But of course, none of this helps those with old hardware that needs transcoding support. We can only hope stream like this continue to be rare!
