Those two settings seem fine (in that they are the same as my settings), so I'm not sure why your LMS is choosing to use PCM, instead of FLAC. As a test you could always disable PCM for those two sections and then see whether LMS sends FLAC to the player. (You can always re-enable PCM afterwards.) You *might* need to restart LMS.
