OK, its there now. Before I copied your patch over the top, I made a copy of the BBC iPlayer folder (named C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins\BBCiPlayer - Copy). As soon as I moved that out of the Plugins folder and restarted LMS, the extra option was there.
