@gv200: you may try to start with just 2 instances and test different soundcard settings and ALSA-Parameters (e.g. "80:::") for your USB-DACs (maybe it is a problem to play on 3 USB devices simultanous). If the players can be started on the webinterface, they should also start with the autostart option on boot. More Questions: - What PI/Odroid hardware do you have? If it is a PI, did you set it to "turbo" mode in Raspberry PI settings (more performance)? - Did you disable squeezelite in "audioplayer" tab and did you try this on a new image (without other modifications)? - Did you try to use just 1 DAC and the headphone jack? Did this work correct?
