OK, so when playing on squeezelite, which seems to work OK, but doesn't
require transcoding, I see no child processes as expected.  With Radio
4, I see the socketwrapper process start, and then it kicks off 3 sub
processes - conhost, faad and flac.  Setup looks exactly the same when
playing GrooveSalad.  The difference is that with Groovesalad, every 2
secs or so, I see a blip of CPU from socketwrapper, faad and flac -
nothing on conhost.  With Radio 4, I don't see any CPU usage from any of
the processes.
