The only error I've ever captured is the following:

That was what I was seeing the other day when I posted... That looked
like the BBC end was just closing the HTTP connection without returning
any data. The fetch was for an update to the playlist. An error for
those fetches in Tridoe's plugin just causes the stream to be closed.
The symptom was the stream completely stopping - no playing time
continuing to increment for a bit or anything like that.
