Which player are you successfully playing a track on? On the web
interface it shows the current player top right, what does it say? Or is
nothing actually playing anywhere that you can hear?

It does not appear on the top level menu by default, look under "My
apps". You can move it to the top level menu when you have found it

Sounds like you have either not set up the account correctly, of not
signed on successfully. Double check username and password

- In settings, when I run Self Test, it tells me that the Helper App is
not running. When I refresh the page, under status , it tells me "Helper
App: Running"--
But does the self test then progress successfully? it should go through
a series of tests with a bar moving across, if you do not get that then
something is wrong with your setup.
