Which player are you successfully playing a track on? On the web interface it shows the current player top right, what does it say? Or is nothing actually playing anywhere that you can hear? -- I cannot see the Spotify App on the Radio- It does not appear on the top level menu by default, look under "My apps". You can move it to the top level menu when you have found it -- On my Touch, when I play a track it tells me that I need a Premium account. Which I have.- Sounds like you have either not set up the account correctly, of not signed on successfully. Double check username and password -- - In settings, when I run Self Test, it tells me that the Helper App is not running.
