Very old thread I know but a possible answer is to ensure you tick "Extension Downloader (v1.0)" in the Plugins area. I don't recall ever unticking this but once I selected it and restarted LMS the 3rd party plugins also appeared. YMMV. Oh & btw I just had a heck of a time getting registered on this forum - what moron writes a login process that wipes out most of your entered details if you get the Captcha wrong ??? and then puts in a virtually indecipherable Captcha - even my 20/20 vision kids couldn't all agree on what the characters were & only managed a 50% hit rate. The "referrer" and "area of interest section has to match up to some unspecified values (ie.
