Clive, USB sticks are normally formatted with fat32, use the HP format tool to quick format them http://download.cnet.com/HP-USB-Disk-Storage-Format-Tool/3000-2094_4-10974082.html Load your music onto the stick. Put the stick into the pi Use the max2play web gui to reboot the pi . On the web gui go to Filesystem Mount, scroll down the page to > External Drives on Max2Play - mountpoints for USB-Storage > > This list shows all external storages and their mountpoints.
