Hmmm...I thought I had this nailed, but this morning my LMS crashed and
after restarting it I can't access LMS from the web GUI or mobile app.
The server log shows this error repeating thousands of times:

Could be a coincidence but I've never seen this error before. Anyone
else had this sort of problem?
