I have an issue where after I have used the plug-in with my Onkyo TX-NR515 receiver it seems to set the volume to zero when I later switch to a different input on the receiver. So having been listening to music for an hour using the Bridge I switch to TV and there is no audio - I have to manually turn up the volume ???
