@Gomez and ianrt: SD-Card-Protection is for use as a plain audioplayer. Squeezeserver, Jivelite and other Addons won't work, as most of them need write access to the SD-Card. I will try to improve SD-Card-Protection-support for some addons in future.
Thanks for the clarification, I thought that may be the case. I have been trying to get the server power control plugin to shut down m2P but I can't seem to get that to work either, it would be a nice clean way of shuting down M2P without have to resort to the web gui.
