I might have said this before. But here's my take: I can look into this when I find some time. But unfortunately I fear this will be problematic due to the sheer amount of data caused by hires streams. The SB were not designed with that high bitrates in online streams in mind. Transporter you probably have to forget from the start. We've seen buffering issues with regular flac streaming. Hires would make this even worse.
So... _if_ I'm going to try to implement this, I'll clearly flag it as an optional, experimental feature. If it works: great. If not: oh well, bad luck.
