Well, in the absence of further information I would suggest the
following.

Uninstall EDO from the Touch, there is a correct procedure to do this
and it is best to follow it.

Then, with the dac connected and powered on, re-install EDO.

The only time I have experience a 'flakey' connection with a dac and a
SBT with EDO has been as a result of the DAC USB chip driver not being
supported by EDO.


Which dac are you using please?
