Does it work as you like if you set "Minimum song length to count" to 0,
1 or a really small number which is shorter than your shortest track ?
The intention is:
- "Minimum song length to count": Removes short tracks like intros and
similar from the statistics since you probably don't want to listen on
those as single tracks
- "Minumum played percent": Ensures tracks are not logged in the
statistics if you skip early in the track
So the intention with the settings are different and that's the reason
there are two settings.
