I thought I took the latest menu.opml for the icons but must have missed
it.

I went crosseyed trying to update menu.opml so a few typos were expected
but BBC naming is a bit odd not all station have "radio in the name.

I didn't try hard to find World service - I reckon it can wait.

I think the issue with AAC is that the DASH stream is an MPEG ISOBMFF
format (Streaming MPEG4) which has to be changed into an ADTS format for
SB players/faad. ADTS headers have to be added but format details (e.g.
AAC encoding, freuency etc) have to extract from ISOBMFF esds item. 
Something is going wrong here as BBC are not using the same encodings
for all programs resulting in ADTS headers that Touch/radio do not like.
