I did have a play with this with my 'C' player when these dash streams
appeared - but I couldn't be bothered to look in the 'initialization'
file and just assumed that all streams had the same encoding, fixing
that as constants in the ADTS headers I was adding. I did find test
streams that that didn't work for... Anyway - you've taken this a lot
further than I'd got. If there's anything you'd like me to look at/debug
(seeing as I'm actually in the uk) just ask.
