Details always help me check and as Extra uses "screen scraping" I don't test every menu. Can you give me detaisl of a few of the failing menus. Since the new version of Extras work for other users - my first guess is that it is due to LMS caching. As a test - try a menu which you have NOT used in the last 2 days and see if you get the "no items " message.
