The only way I can get a "No item in playlist" error is when the "iplayer://" URL does not have a format that matches the settings. If Settings did not include flashaac then Extras plugin with disabled DASH would fail. The Extra setting "Disable DASH" is messed up. Amongst other things it is only read by plugin at startup - so toggling settings while tetsing will have no effect. If it gets stuck on sending RTMP URLs if the BBCiPlayer Settings did not have flashaac then you'll get the "No Items " message. The URL utgg posted is a RTMP (or flashaac in Settings) one. RTMP (flashaac) have a leading "ms=http://";.
