What was wrong with R3 Listen Again ? No Audio ? Slow start ? plays for a few secs and then stops ? Rebuffering ? Garbled audio ? Gaps in audio ? At the same time were the R1-R4 Listen Again OK ?
If it just affected R3 then it was probably LMS cache.
