What if you don't like the UI experience of swiping past 20 apps in the background :/ it's clutter . But I keep iPeng on now if it newer send WOL when not in focus on the screen...
Some apps like Spotify are horrible with detecting changing network conditions 4G vs wifi vs corporate wifi ( where many app simply does not work ) and equally horrible in detecting AirPlay devices ... It would solve the issue with my iPhone and my car . I need to start iTunes and pause the playlist and keep it that way otherwise I imidietly gets the first song in my very rarely used iTunes account as soon as I get into the car . and keep Spotify and bandcamp paused in the background . Apple don't like silence as soon as get into my car it starts music in the background if no other music app is on :) it would annoy me to have iTunes in the background 24/7 jus to keep it paused...
