Make sure your docker allows the plugin to open ports (usually 49152 for listening) as well as receiving UPnP/SSDP multicast messages (can't remember the exacts port numbers, they are easy to find). I've never tried to run inside a docker instance, but there should be nothing very specific. It runs fine inside VB instances LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
