For BBCiPlayer the "iplay://" URL may be sufficient as favorite but I
doubt if you'll be able to down to program level and save as a Favorite.
URLs go stale because BBC changes them but specific program URLs are
supposedly unique per program, not reused but can expire. You cannot
have a Favoruite for say R3 Weds 8.00pm.

Volume change in transcoding is done on a per audio type and possibly
per player. So cannot have a volume increase just for R3. R3 may be
using a slightly different set of encoding options to allow for better
range associated with Classical music - IIRC R4used to be set up for
"talk".

I vaguely remember talk about having ability to assign a "replay gain"
setting for internet radio station - not sure if it happened and if it
did what version. This may be useful if it was implemented.

Localisation strings are kept in a file in each Plugin directory called
strings.txt
