None of them. The iPad 3 was underpowered, not the mini. The original mini is getting slow as it's an iPad 2 but it only has a non-retina display which helps a bit. mini 2 is essentially and iPad Air, mini 3 is an iPad Air with touchID, that's really the only difference between 2 and 3. mini 4 is iPad Air 2.
So essentially all from mini 2 on is pretty fast. iPad 3 was the initial retina iPad they sold for only 6 months because it was so slow and which was then replaced with iPad 4 which was better but has some bugs in the GPU.
