Up until now I have only ever used iPeng on an iPod touch and an iPhone
but I had occasion to borrow an original iPad mini for a work project on
Monday. I had to wipe it and install with my Apple ID so I thought what
the hell I shall try iPeng on it.
Apart from the iPad itself being a bit slow even compared to my 5s I can
now see all the work Pippin has done on the iPad version which makes it
a better experience than on a phone.
I am a big user of Lookup and the in App browser on the phone annoys me
from a navigation point of view. Not so on the iPad it works much
better.
Is it my imagination or is the amplifier in this original iPad mini a
bit stronger than on my 5s or Touch 5?
I have ordered a 64gb mini 4. It arrives tomorrow.

I am going to be making a 12 hour each way flight in the near future.
Before I go Pippin could you just implement the local file download you
have mentioned from time to time ? :) That really would be ace.
