Can you erase the log, let debug settings to none, "logging options" checked, try to play and post a log. You're very likey facing an issue with "HTTP mode" option. What UPnP players accept has been very unconsistent so far (although standard say they should all accept certain modes ... they don't) LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
