Is there a way to easily repair those links or do I have to make new Favorites again?
Can you upload a sample file to see what it looks like? I know that Triode's plugin had some special code in place to deal with playlist and/or album URIs. The latest 7.9 has something similar, but it has a slightly different URI parser. A look at one of your playlists might help to understand what change is required.
