I am finding that Smart Mix will frequently stop working and the only way to fix it is to delete the plugin cache and rescan to export the information. It will then work until it stops working again.
Am I the only one seeing this? I had to reset Smart Mix again recently.
What do you mean by "delete the plugin cache"? Did you ever check the server.log file for error messages or warnings?
