Well if you have AirPlay devices (not the shairplay software stuff but hardware devices) you could sync an SB3 about perfectly, using the AirPlay Bridge plugin. Or you can let the SB3 drift (settings>your SB3>Synchronize menu) but I have to say I never tried the options to not maintain sync, or pushed the minimum sync adjustment to a higher value.
