I reinstalled LMS and updated all Plugins. Still it is stuck in the
never-ending plugin update loop. Strangely, the notification on the main
Web interface now looks like this:

I've never seen the number '1' next to Info icon before :confused: But
as you can see, the link is the same --> it takes me to the Settings,
Plugins page and I'm asked to restart. Nothing gets downloaded to the
DownloadedPlugins folder anymore. So why does it say that an update is
required?? Is there a way to find out?
