Thanks - that works now, except I don't seem to have the dev version.  I
made the classic mistake and RTFM instead of the thread :-)

It's odd, because the links I was using did work when put into a browser
- the xml was downloaded to by PC correctly (but I did notice that
inside the xml that the link for the zip was at
tenet.dl.sourceforge.net), but didn't work when put in the LMS repo
list.  No matter, I am now listening to BBC R3 live using
v0.2.9.2-dev-2- will let you know if there are any problems.



LMS 7.9 on VortexBox Midi box, Xubuntu 16.04, FLACs 16->24 bit,
44.1->192kbps. 
LMS plugin UPnP/DLNA Bridge to MF M1 CLiC (to A308CR amp & ESLs) &
Marantz CR603 UPnP renderers.  
Alternatively Minimserver & Upplay to same & to upmpdcli/mpd PC
renderers.  
Squeezelite to Meridian USB Explorer DAC to PC speakers/headphones.  
Wireless Xubuntu 16.04 laptop firefox/upplay or Android 'phone with
Squeeze-Commander/BubbleUPnP controls LMS/Minimserver.  
Also a Touch with EDO, plus spare, unused.
