Perfect Timing! Just updated to a Raspberry Pi 3 from a 1 today. Was using disasters123 ShairTunes with my old Pi, went to install it on my fresh install but wouldn't find his repo. Came here and found this. Its running fine and on my Pi 3! Best thing is it now syncs with players, working fine with limited testing. Album artwork was on the main player and sync'd player (both radios).
Is there anyway of having the skip forward and back buttons working with this? I realise how we are streaming the audio to the players but if there was a way to send the skip buttons to the host airplay device that would be the icing on the cake.
