I think you have mulitple issues - DASH is oner of them and miay be it
is exacerbating other ones.

DASH generates a AAC stream from LMS to the players. If you have
rebuffering it is because either DASH plugin canno0t get data from BBC
or you have problems playing an AAC stream.

To separate DASH problem from AAC playing issues (the stream you show as
OK are MP3) -you should test with an ordinary AAC stream. I usually use
a SOMAFM one such as http://www.somafm.com/illstreet32.pls for 32kb/s
or http://www.somafm.com/illstreet.pls for 128kbps. When playing AAC
stream to SB3 they will ber transcoded to Flac to source speed is
irrelevant as transcoded stream will be Flac. If you players are sycned
then test with Sync. If playing just to Radio (no sytnc) then AAC will
not be transcoded. If these stream play OK - then the issue is not on
the LAN, Wifi (unless server is wifi connected) or the players.

If there are not problem with AAC using a SOMAfm stream - then I
suggest try playing HLS instread of DASH and see do you get better
results. Also check if there is a difference between Listen Again vs
Live as you don't indicate if this is an issue in DASH.
