The 404 means the DASH plugin is trying to get segments that aren't ready yet (I.e. asking for a time segment that hasn't been broadcast). I need to fix the implementation as in attempting to preload lots of audio plugin has got ahead of itself. Eventually the segment becomes available and so this error will not stop a streams.
The 595 error are generated by the HTTP 1.1 module when host (i.e BBC) doesn't respond in time. At the same time you had a "Couldn't resolve IP address" error which means DNS stopped working/responding and probably the root cause of the 595 as well.
