I'm not sure if I making myself clear.

If akamai clock is same as atomic clock then when akamai clock says
12:00 (big ben chimes) - the streamed content will not have the chimes
for another 30 secs.
Would it not be better for akamai clock to be 12:00 (big ben chiming)
and the content to also be 12:00 and big ben chiming.   What is the
point of the akamai clock being yet another time source instead of a
being an accurate timesource of the audio stream ?
