Try to:
1. Shutdown LMS
2. Delete the PluginCache-SQLPlayList.db file in the LMS Cache
directory
3. Startup LMS

Could be that the cache has become corrupt for some reason and then this
should trigger SQL Playlist to recreate its configuration cache.
